Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5 business days.
